A son, George W. Rarick, Jr., was born on July 27, 1925 and died at age 10 hours of " valvular insufficiency" and a daughter, Lois, was born on December 13, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and died June 05, 2000 in Bradenton, Florida, USA.
George Rarick died June 25, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is buried in Port Clinton, Pennsylvania.

George and Margaret Rarick's only child who lived to adulthood was Lois (born 13 December, 1927, died 05 June, 2000.) Lois married John Gordon Leon (born 18 August, 1919, died February 10, 1989. John served in the United States Army Air Corps throughout the entirety of World War II in the Pacific Theater. Both are buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
